has appeared at Wigmore Hall and St. John’s Smith Square in London, the Oude Muziek Festival in The Netherlands, Vredenburg in Utrecht, deSingel in Antwerp, the Festival Classique in The Hague, the Festival Europalia-Italia in Belgium, Festival dei due Mondi of Spoleto, Amici della Musica of Florence, Unione Musicale of Turin, Istituzione Universitaria dei Concerti of Rome, Bologna Festival, Amici della Musica of Perugia. The Trio has given concerts for the Presidents of the Italian Republic G. Napolitano and C.A. Ciampi, at the Quirinale residence in Rome and have appeared at BBC-Radio3.
Riccardo is the founding member of various chamber music groups including the Trio Voces Intimae, which has played all over the world. After receiving his degree, cum laude, at the Florence Conservatory, he began an intense concert career where he performed regularly in the most important concert halls in the world. Riccardo Cecchetti plays both period and modern pianos, stressing special emphasis on chamber and solo classical and early romantic repertoire played on period instruments. His repertoire ranges from 18th century music to contemporary music.
Luigi De Filippi studied violin, piano and composition in Rome, showing an early interest in jazz and contemporary music. He subsequently appeared as concertmaster in such orchestras as the Rome Opera House, La Fenice Theatre in Venice, the London Mozart Players, the Flanders Orchestra in Antwerp.
Sandro Meo has been the winner of many chamber music competitions both nationally and internationally. He has also held concerts all over the world for renowned music festivals and associations.
