◆ Procedure of Fair

Inquiry sheet is not the official application form for exhibiting. Inform the organizer about the booth size you order. Inquiry sheet is the back page of this brochure.

1. Sign the formal application and send to the organizing committee via mail or fax.

2. Transfer booth fees in full or 50% as deposit by Swift or in person to the Organizer within 7 days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to Feb. 10, 2012. Please remember to send the voucher of remittance to us via fax.

◆ Rental Booth plan

● Each standard booth (9sq.m. at least) consists of 3-sided partitions, 1 information desk, 2 chairs,

1 hang rod, door lintel board, 2 spotlights, 1 220V/5A power socket, fully covered carpet.

●Raw space: EUR 5/㎡ will be paid to organizers for hall management fees and electricity;
